Step 2 · Verify

Verified Plan

Two written rounds, a third only if needed, then a walkthrough of the findings with you. We test your own evidence against all 48 practices, drawing on a library of 645 questions. The band is confirmed or revised, and you receive a dated Verified Plan your team can run.

If you cancel after the first round is issued, half the fee applies. Once the findings walkthrough is held or the draft plan is sent, the full fee applies.

Step 3 · Build

Build support

Optional. Choose how the build is led, or run the Verified Plan yourselves.

None is required. You can run the Verified Plan yourselves. Whichever you choose, there is a check-in on the plan's first milestone date and a review every 90 days. Your team runs the 90-day review and Jeremy joins free for up to 60 minutes. To re-check your scores, a re-verification against the baseline is AUD 2,500, excl. GST, within 12 months of the last verification; after that, a full Inside-Out Verification applies.

Advisory Seat

Build Mandate and Advisory Seat are both priced at AUD 2,000 a day. All fees in AUD, excluding GST.

Inside-Out Verification is invoiced when the Verified Plan is released, with 7-day terms. The GTM Build Pack is invoiced half at scope sign-off and half on release. Build Mandates and Advisory Seats are invoiced monthly in advance.

Scope

Choose a speed, not a smaller scope.

If the work in the Verified Plan will not fit, the answer is a longer horizon or more days a month, never quietly trimming the plan to fit a price.

Taxes

All prices exclude GST.
