About RepAgentic

What is a CRO GTM diagnostic?

A CRO GTM diagnostic from RepAgentic is a structured read of how well a company's go-to-market wins new business. RepAgentic, based in Sydney, examines 48 practices across eight capabilities: Market Reality, Revenue Plan, Team Design, Value Story, Motions, Rep Readiness, Systems and Data, and Metrics. It places the go-to-market on a four-band maturity scale and names the first area to fix.

Who is RepAgentic for?

RepAgentic is for founders, CROs, heads of business development, heads of SDRs, BDRs, BDEs or ADRs, and sales leaders in B2B companies. They are accountable for new-business pipeline, rep productivity and revenue conversion. They need evidence, not opinion, before committing a quarter of spend and headcount.

Do I need an existing SDR, BDR, BDE or ADR team?

No. Companies with a sales development team take the established route. Companies building their first new-business seat take the greenfield route. They get a free Greenfield Brief, then a Verified Plan that chooses the first seat: hire, fractional, outsourced or founder-led with support. The plan also sets a six-month keep, change or stop test. Both routes cost the same.

Where is RepAgentic based?

RepAgentic is based in Sydney, Australia. All fees are in Australian dollars, excl. GST. Documents are exchanged online, and review sessions are held on video or in person.

Who is Jeremy Heap?

Jeremy Heap is the founder of RepAgentic and a fractional CRO based in Sydney. He built and led a 60-person global account development organisation across more than 20 countries. From 2020 to 2025, the team's annual pipeline grew from USD 20M to USD 450M, and revenue won from SDR-sourced pipeline grew from USD 500K to USD 45M a year.

Is RepAgentic an AI-native company?

Yes. RepAgentic was built around AI from day one. AI gathers and organises the public evidence for the free Outside-In Read, which is why the Executive Brief typically arrives within one business day. Jeremy Heap reviews every finding and approves every document before it reaches you, so AI speeds up the work and an experienced operator makes the calls. The eight-capability model also helps your team set written rules for what AI handles alone and where a person signs off. How your information is handled is covered under Security and confidential information.

Why is it called RepAgentic if the agent comes later?

Because AI SDRs scale whatever motion you already have, good or bad. RepAgentic starts with the diagnosis: the market, the message, the handover and the data an agent would work from. RepAgentic OS, the agent, comes later and runs on what the Verified Plan has fixed, with a person accountable for every message that reaches a buyer. Today you get the read, the plan and the person behind them.

What frameworks does RepAgentic use?

RepAgentic uses its own eight-capability model, which treats the go-to-market as connected capabilities rather than separate functions. It uses its own qualified-opportunity standard for qualification and for framing rational and emotional impact. It also takes a lifecycle view of revenue, from first touch through adoption, retention and expansion.

The free Outside-In Read

What is the Outside-In Read and what does it cost?

The RepAgentic Outside-In Read is free. It reads your go-to-market from public evidence only. Eight quick questions from you, then your four-page Executive Brief within one business day of your request. It shows the maturity band, the evidence range, the visible gaps and the first area to fix. A free 60-minute walkthrough follows.

What does the Outside-In Read look at?

The Outside-In Read looks only at evidence anyone can see. That includes the website and its value story, the LinkedIn presence of the company, its SDRs and its account executives, visible demand signals, how the commercial organisation is structured, the roles being hired and how competitors position against it. Nothing internal is requested at this stage.

Can I see an example before I request a read?

Yes. The examples section has eight downloadable documents for two fictional companies, one with a sales team and one building its first seat. The briefs are shown in full, and the Verified Plan and GTM Build Pack as short samples. Every page is marked as a fictional example.

Why not just ask AI about our go-to-market?

You could ask an AI tool about your go-to-market. It would answer from whatever it found, and the answer would change with the question. Here, AI works inside fixed limits. It never scores a practice without a source. It never treats your self-view as proof. It never releases a document. Jeremy approves every one. It never contacts you or your team. Your data is not used to train the AI tools we use.

Inside-Out Verification and the Verified Plan

What is Inside-Out Verification and what does it cost?

Inside-Out Verification costs AUD 5,000, excl. GST, a fixed fee. Nothing is payable at signing. The fee is invoiced when the Verified Plan is released, on 7-day terms. Your team answers two written rounds, backed by documents you already have. RepAgentic scores all 48 practices, walks you through the findings and releases a dated Verified Plan your team can run.

What is in the Verified Plan?

The Verified Plan from RepAgentic scores every practice on your evidence and names the first area to fix. It has one page per capability with actions, owners, hours and dates set to your team's real capacity. It also names any missing or stretched roles. The plan is yours to keep and run, whether or not you buy anything after it.

How long does the whole process take?

The Executive Brief arrives within one business day of your request, and the walkthrough is 60 minutes. Inside-Out Verification runs in two written rounds: ten business days for the first and five for the follow-up. A short third round runs only if an answer needs checking. RepAgentic then walks you through the findings and the Verified Plan. From first request to a costed plan usually takes weeks, not months.

How much time does our team need to give?

Inside-Out Verification asks for written answers and documents your team already has. Nothing new needs to be written. Questions come one at a time, and follow-ups are asked only where the documents don't already answer them. RepAgentic's library has 645 questions, and most are never asked.

What if the outside read was wrong?

That is what Inside-Out Verification is for. Every outside finding is marked confirmed, changed or overturned against your own evidence, so you can see where the public read was right and where it was not. A claim someone believes stays a belief until a document supports it. Only evidence moves a score.

What happens if we can't find a document?

Tell RepAgentic it is not written down, or that you are unsure. That is a valid answer. When a round closes, anything missing is recorded as a limitation. Where the public record is thin, the band is provisional: the midpoint of the evidence range, confirmed in verification. The Verified Plan is still completed.

Security and confidential information

How does RepAgentic protect our confidential strategy and documents?

RepAgentic treats everything you share as confidential and uses it only for your engagement. Confidentiality is set out in the order form you sign before any document is shared. You choose what to share, and redacted copies are fine. RepAgentic never asks for logins or system access. Source documents you share are deleted 90 days after the Verified Plan is delivered, confirmed in writing. A short verification baseline is kept for 12 months after our last contact so a re-verification can compare progress: the score for each practice, a one-line evidence summary in our words, the plan and its dates, with no pay, customer or personal details. You can ask us to delete either earlier.

Does RepAgentic need access to our CRM or other systems?

No. RepAgentic never asks for logins, passwords, API keys, connectors, administrator rights or live demonstrations of your systems. Inside-Out Verification works only from documents your team chooses to share. Where a system detail matters, your team can provide a redacted screenshot, a saved report or a small export it prepares itself.

What documents will we be asked to share, and can we redact them?

RepAgentic asks for documents you already use: plans, presentations, spreadsheets, reports, completed examples and meeting notes. Redact anything sensitive, and remove customer or employee details that aren't needed. Share the smallest extract that answers the question. One document can support many answers, so you are never asked for the same thing twice.

Does RepAgentic use AI, and is our data used to train it?

Yes, RepAgentic uses AI analysis tools to organise and summarise your documents. Your data is not used to train those tools. Jeremy Heap reviews every finding and approves every document before it is released. AI speeds up the research, and an experienced operator makes the calls.

Where is our information stored, and how long is it kept?

Documents are shared through an upload route agreed with you at setup. Some AI processing may take place outside Australia. Source documents are deleted 90 days after the Verified Plan is delivered, and the verification baseline 12 months after our last contact, or earlier if you ask, unless the law requires otherwise.

Are sessions recorded?

On the established route, Inside-Out Verification is written only and nothing is recorded. On the greenfield route, a working session is recorded only if every participant agrees at the start. The recording is used to write a summary and is deleted once that summary is approved, within 30 days at most.

Fees and terms

How much does it cost to work with RepAgentic?

The Outside-In Read, with its four-page Executive Brief, and the 60-minute walkthrough are free. Inside-Out Verification is AUD 5,000. The GTM Build Pack starts from AUD 5,000, fixed to scope. A Build Mandate is 4, 6 or 8 days a month at AUD 8,000 to 16,000 a month. An Advisory Seat is AUD 2,000 to 6,000 a month. Advisory Seats and Build Mandates have a three-month minimum. All fees are excl. GST.

What is the GTM Build Pack and what does it cost?

The GTM Build Pack is a set of workshop decks, workbooks and guides set up for your company. Each decision comes with a draft and three options. Your team runs the build, and RepAgentic prepares the materials. It starts from AUD 5,000 excl. GST, fixed to the agreed scope, and is invoiced half when the scope is signed and half when the pack is released.

What happens after the verification?

After Inside-Out Verification you have four choices. Run the Verified Plan yourselves. Buy the GTM Build Pack and run the build with RepAgentic's materials. Take a Build Mandate, where RepAgentic leads the build while your team does the work. Or take an Advisory Seat for advice and coaching for the leader running it. Each option includes a check-in on the plan's first milestone date and a review every 90 days.

Maturity bands

What are the four maturity bands?

RepAgentic places a go-to-market in one of four bands. Rebuild (0 to 40%): the motion runs on individual effort and whatever lives in heads. Repair (41 to 60%): the parts exist but don't connect. Optimise (61 to 80%): the motion runs and is measured. Scale (81 to 100%): the system is repeatable and teachable. Each capability keeps its own score, and the plan names the first area to fix in build order.

What does a company need to be in the Optimise band?

In RepAgentic's model, Optimise means three things are true today. Every rep runs the same defined process and message. Conversion is measured at every stage. The forecast is built on measured conversion, not opinion. If any one of these is missing, the company is usually in Repair, where the upside from fixing it is often larger.

Roadmap

What is RepAgentic OS?

RepAgentic OS is on the roadmap and not yet available. It will use your Outside-In Read and Inside-Out Verification to run AI-assisted SDR work across channels, with a person accountable for every message that reaches a buyer.

Still a question left over?

The free Outside-In Read answers the one that matters most: where your go-to-market actually sits, and what is holding it there.

Not ready to request? Take the eight-question self-assessment → It's one person's view of where you sit: the Outside-In Read checks it against the public record.
